Gallery

The land, the home, and the story of building Round Top Fold in Fayette County, Texas. These photos document the property as we prepare it for a small fold of Highland cattle. This was truly raw land that we are developing from scratch.

We also continue the wildlife practices that support our exemption — bird habitat, feed, fire ant treatment, and huisache control. Cattle photos will be added as the herd arrives. Follow @roundtopfold for ongoing updates.
