By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information you provide: Name, email address, subject, and message content when you submit our contact form or email us directly.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This may be collected through standard server logs and hosting or security tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We may use Essential cookies necessary for the Site to function, including your cookie-preference choice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

When you contact us, we only use your email to reply to that message. We do not sell or share your information for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

More generally, we use information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and arrange visits when appropriate
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Protect against spam, fraud, or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact-form submissions for advertising or third-party marketing.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, hosting via Cloudflare, form processing via Formspree, and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality and data-handling terms
  • When required by law, legal process, or governmental request
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Round Top Fold, our visitors, or others
  • In connection with a business transfer (such as a sale of assets), with notice where required

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies required for the Site to function, including remembering your cookie-preference choice in your browser (stored locally as rtf-cookie-consent). Hosting and security providers such as Cloudflare may also set technical cookies needed to deliver and protect the Site.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing trackers. If we add analytics or similar non-essential tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before using them.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect basic Site functionality.
